AJ was awesome!! But my car is late

So I was nervous to ship my car. First timer so I had a million questions. AJ was awesome he made me feel comfortable and even waited for my sons father to get in town to seal the deal. Our original quote was 650.00 but then it went to 700.00 not a big deal. AJ was patient and explained the process and how he's the middle man not the driver. Meaning he can give a quote but the drivers are the ones who say they accept that price to ship your car. He didn't even hound me for the deposit.. He's was very informative and professional. Nonetheless the driver came Monday February3,14 he (the driver) promised me he would be in Louisiana by Wednesday and advised me to leave on Tuesday instead of Wednesday 2-5-14 (my original travel date). So I did.. I flew out Tuesday morning and arrived Tuesday evening. The next day WEDNESDAY I called the driver around 4pm to find out he wasn't going to arrive until Thursday morning... Today is Friday and I still have no car.. Big inconvenience I would have felt better if the driver said Friday and came early, than to have me hall ass prior to my plans only to be stuck stranded for three days.. I don't know if this could have been prevented but for this reason I can not give a 5 star excellent review.
