I emailed Roman on a Monday morning early. He responded within a few minutes and called me on my phone. Roman was able to secure a transport carrier that day and our car was picked up by late afternoon. the final destination was San Diego California and the car was delivered exactly one week later. I had difficulty understanding the actual driver and Roman served as a liason. He answered my call immediately and called the transport company for me to clarify what the driver was trying to communicate. I would recommend Mercury Auto Transport to anyone in need of relocating their vehicle and specifically recommend Roland Franco. He went above and beyond what was expected.
