First, let me say I never leave reviews. After I received my BMW 328i last night in perfect condition I called my father to let him know I had got the car and everything was OK. He was the one who found Mercury. He is retired Air force and was very determined to find a good a company and research them. After I called him last night he told me I better write these guys a review so here I go.

I called and first spoke with Charlie Steeves who was my point of contact the entire time. He took his time with me and answered all my questions and explained the whole process of how the car shipping process works. I felt very comfortable with him, he was very patient and nice with me. After I gave him my information he told me he would be in touch within one to three days and let me know what he was able to put together in terms of logistics because I had only certain times my car could be picked up in Oceanside, NY.

Without fail Charlie called me the next day and had found a carrier for me (Rich from A&J Auto Carriers) that he said will be able to meet my timing requirements in NY for this shipment. I thought the price was fair considering the time of year ($750).

Charlie and Rich stayed in touch with me the whole time my car was being shipped and kept me informed. As someone who works in customer service I was very impressed and If I or any of my family needs to do this I will highly recommend Charlie at Mercury Auto Transport.
