My experience with Chase Durousseau was excellent! Although I initially went with another company due to the lower price, Chase assured me that my vehicle would be transported within the time constraints that I had and worked with me on the price. He explained the process to me and I see that my car may not have been shipped with the other company due to the rate they were trying to pay the driver. The other company had a voicemail system and MIGHT call back that day or the next day. When I called Chase, he picked up the phone every time!!! Great service. Great follow-up. Great personalized service!!! I give Chase 5 stars for his service.
