This was my second time transporting a car across country and I already experienced the nightmare scenario with another company. This one was completely opposite. Communication was great throughout from the dispatcher to the driver. I dealt with Jim at Mercury Auto Transport and he did everything he said he would and it was at a great price compared to others I looked at.
