What was particularly impressive about Charlie was the time that he took to explain and educate me as to how the industry and Mercury Auto Transport, LLC works. He showed me the dispatch site and explained the terms and the processes followed by both the company and by carriers. He kept me updated at all times and was very sensitive to my allotted budget. Should the need arise again, I would certainly use Mercury Auto Transport and more specifically, I will be certain to contact Charlie personally.
