My own experience is pretty good, of course could have been better.

The contact person is very courteous, responsive and helpful. My car was picked up on time and was delivered almost on time(just one day behind the promised date due to weather issue). The driver is reachable at most time so there was not much surprise.

I didn't give 5 stars here since the actual price was raised just several days before the pickup date. I am wondering if this is the normal trick of this industry. I didn't feel too bad since Mercury and I shared the price hike. Also, I wish the driver could have updated me more.

I see that you feel that the price was raised, but we never raised your price; any increase in price reflects a direct counter-offer from a truck driver and our policy is that you are never required to accept any counter offer you don't like.
