ok heres my story .My agent Says they have been shipping with Mercury for two years and reccomended them to us. Overwhelmed being that we never shipped a car before we decided to do a little of our own looking around, or so we thought. Only because we wanted to see if we could find a better deal. I thought 975 seemed expensive.Which was the quote i got from Mercury . I went online and found a site that offers free quotes ......www.carshippingquote.com more like a flood of emails and phone calls ...at least 10. All different prices from 749 up to 1100.So i chose 749 Paid 100 dollar deposit and it was supposed to be 649 on delivery . I thought great i am saving almost 225 dollars.Well that wasnt the case my car was never picked up a week of my time was wasted broken promises excuses etc.. and i had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.Now frustrated i called back mercury for more information I got in touch with a guy Charlie . I told him my story and he said not to worry ..took my information ,and told me he would call me as soon as he had a driver.Didnt charge anything upfront and said give him 1-2 days. Now i dont know what kind of time they run on over there ,but i get a call back in 15 minutes and they have a driver that can pick-up i one hour.So i quickly agreed and about a hour later the driver calls to let me know he will be here in 15 minutes .They loaded my car and were on there way. I get a call 6 days later from the same driver to tell me he will deliver the next day.We agreed on a time and place the following day and i recieved my car in good condition. Really dirty but no damage . Mercury's Service was exceptional ,and fast . I would highly reccomend them to anyone shipping a car.I am a happy customer to say the least
