I have been Shipping with Charlie Steeves on a regular basis for a long time now. He has always provided myself my customers and my fathers limo service with the best service. I even had the pleasure of meeting him in person . He has given me a ride to the airport everytime i ship my car from florida to california he even has let me store my car at there location for free everytime. I have never met a nicer guy and and very proud to write him a letter on this website.I would highly reccomend you call mercury and ask for Charlie. It took me a long time to find the right broker ,and wouldnt waste my time even calling anyone else.He litterally walked me through how the entire shipping industry works. Who would have imagined everyone uses the exact same system to ship cars. A web site called central dispatch......where all the brokers post the vehicles so drivers can make bids on them. The service you get with Mercury in my experience has been nothing less than perfect.Talk to you soon Charlie
