Im very sorry to hear your experience was less than perfect. It seems like your main issue was with the carrier  AD Transport Services Inc
,and the late delivery  . I wish you gave me a call when you were having issues communicating with the driver as i would have been more than happy to act as the conduit between the two of you , and resolve the issue . Im Sorry about the late delivery , but we always let our customers know there is no guarantee on delivery dates .There is the possibility for delay depending on loading unloading traffic and weather.
