Very pleasant to work with. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt very compfortable using this company, never once did I have a doubt that I would not receive my vehicle at the time it was promised.
It was picked up Thursday evening in New Jersey, I received a call from the driver Suday evening stating that he would be at my door (in Orlando, Fl) in 30 mins. Unfortunately, he could not deliver the vehicle to my door because the transport truck would not be able to fit down the streets in my neighborhood. So I had the driver to meet me in an empty parking lot. Met the driver, signed the papers, and drove off in my new Cadillac SRX.
