Over Promise and NEVER Deliver

As a franchised Chevrolet Dealer, I had used McNutt on multiple occasions prior with not problem. However, after this I can never use them again. On January 15th, Our dealership had contacted McNutt for a delivery of a Suburban from Kansas to Louisiana. THe only concern was that delivery by the 27th, we were assured that this "should not be a problem." After not hearing from McNutt for over a week, I had to call them daily to find out the status of my pickup and delivery. I was told they were working on it, never called back and had to keep calling them. Finally, on January 27th, the required delivery date I had to call and cancel my order because it was never assigned a load, picked up, or delivered. It cost me the car deal. Do not count on McNutt if you need the vehicle picked up, delivered, or scheduled. A very costly Error!!!

Jarrod we are sorry we were unable to transport this unit for you. As you yourself stated you have used us in the past and never had an issue. Unfortunately sometimes there is a unit that proves to be more difficult to move, this order appeared to be one of them. When you were told it should be a problem to have the unit delivered by a certain date you were also advised that could and would not guarantee that. Based on previous order it should not have been a problem to deliver the unit for you. But unfortunately we were not able to get the unit moved in your time frame. We wish you the best in the future.
