From the first call with Brandy to inform me of the process and details of my Audi shipment from Fla to MA, to when Angel the driver called to let me know he was a day away, I felt that everything was going to work out fine. When you're having a vehicle shipped across the country - and in winter months, it's best to be a bit patient and set your expectations with some flexibility. McNutt delivered my car on time and communicated with me throughout the process and everything worked out just right.
