Auto-shipping is frustrating because you have to wait until a driver picks up your order which can't be scheduled in advance. Being an organized person who likes to "take care of business" this was very difficult for me. I wanted to make a phone call, schedule the process and move on to the next task in my life and business. The one thing I will say is M&M via the agent, Nelson Sanchez, made sure I understood everything and walked me thru step-by-step. He gave me all the information I needed and went above and beyond to further explain the process and how the industry worked. When he said he would do something, he did. That eased my frustration and the shipping went off without a hitch. I'm a very satisfied customer and happy to leave this review!
