Early July 2021 I had a 1966 Corvair convertible picked up in the San Diego area and brought to Austin, TX. The communication with the "office" was timely and efficient, Pamela was courteous and pleasant, always quickly answering my questions. The delivery driver (Noel?) however was the star of this show!! Arriving at 9:30 pm on Sunday night he went above and beyond my expectations. Since loading this 55 year old vehicle on the truck, it had developed a brake cylinder leak which put the pedal on the floor. Because it was leaning forward on the downslope in front of the rear trailer tires he did not think it safe to start and reverse the car up and out of the trailer for fear of hitting the vehicle in front of it. We were able to attach a chain to the rear of the Corvair and then, using the high mounted winch and trailer mounted low snatch rollers, he pulled it up over the wheel hump. Then, by putting the chain on the front, he held it back while I pushed it slowly downhill off the trailer ramps. All in all, it took about and hour to move the car but he was courteous, patient, inventive and very safety conscious throughout the process ... about both the vehicles and us!! I highly recommend him and would gladly use M & M Transport again, Dennis in Austin, TX
