Called a month in advance for a pick up date of March 10th in Alabama to deliver to North Idaho. No rush on getting it delivered. However as Tony knew it was very important to have the truck picked on or as close to the 10th as possible as my son is moving out of the country. And there would be no one there to hand over keys past Friday the 12th. I called two weeks prior just to confirm and reiterate how important the pick up date was. I was told everything is good. The 10th gets here, no phone call from Tony or the driver, so I call and am told we are working on it. NO word from anyone the rest of the day. The 11th comes and goes with no call from anyone. Again, I reached out and was asked to give Tony until noon and he would call to let me know what is happening with the driver. Of course no call from Tony. Here it is the 12th and no driver available. My son leaves the country tomorrow morning and no where for his truck to go. Called and cancelled and Tony said the location is the problem. HE knew the location a month ago!! Very last minute have to start all over with someone else. In reaching out to another company, the communication is 100% better, and given the set of circumstances I will just be happy to get the truck home.
