I was orchestrating my move across states right at the top of Summer and ran into so many pauses, fake quotes and companies going AWOL at the last minute, so almost in despair I called to book and he was the most helpful with advice on tips on how to consider my options, what makes a deal legitimate and real (broker vs corp) and he was positive about my car being shipped in time, and even called me after hours to make sure I was okay and taken care of. With so much stress at that time, I'm glad he was positive, so helpful and personable, and offered excellent service at a time like this. Such a pleasure to know other kindred spirits are out there.
