I switched to Magic Carpet Auto Transport because the previous company I hired—A1 Auto Logistics via American Transport Depot—was a complete sham. They took the deposit and did nothing more than post my listing. After 2 weeks, they never followed up, returned my calls or e-mails (about ½-dozen of each!), or worked to move my vehicle after they got their fee. Stay away from these guys!! Magic Carpet on the other hand was nothing but professional. They explained the whole process to me (something that A1 and ATD did not), and followed up with me through each and every step of the process. And I can’t say enough about the people in the office, especially Kathy who was assigned to my order. She was patient with all my questions (I had a lot after the fall-out with A1/ATD!), and did everything she could to reassure me the vehicle would be moved—which it did within 1 day of signing up with Magic Carpet! Thanks Kathy (and everyone there at Magic) for all your help!
