My transport experience started with another broker who while nice to deal with, made promises that were unrealistic. I contacted Adrian Buckmiller at Magic Carpet and she explained how the transport system worked and how I would be able to actually get my car picked up and not just sit on the board forever. She went through numerous options with me to find a way to get my vehicle shipped cheaply and promptly and succeeded by getting it dispatched the same day I contacted her and shipped/picked up within a few days after that. I received excellent service from both Adrian and the shipper, Kyle from Exotic Car Carriers Inc. and it will be my first phone call next time!
