I was worried about shipping my car cross-country and had heard horror stories of people having their cars damaged, lost cars, late cars, etc. Throughout the process I was in contact with Magic Carpet representatives, specifically Kathy Ashlock, who could not have been more patient explaining to me the details of the process. Magic Carpet works as a broker, linking your car to various transporters. Once a transporter had been linked to my car they, too, were very transparent and available to communicate throughout the process. As explained to me, Magic Carpet only uses licensed brokers with excellent track records. My car was picked up on time and arrived early. There were a few moments where I had to be flexible- such as the inability for transporters to deliver on residential streets so having to meet them in other parts of the city/area- but nothing that was outrageous or of any major inconvenience. Was surprised by how professional, safe and happy I was with the service.
