Having never transported a vehicle from one state to another I was not sure what to expect.
I received quotes from a number of Transport Companies but Adrian Buckmiller from Magic Carpet Auto Transport was the only person to actually contact me back via phone. All the other companies only sent info via email. From my first phone Conversation with Adrian I had full confidence in my decision to use this Company.Adrian was very knowlegable and was able to answer all my question. Adrian was prompt on finding me a Transporter who could pick up and deliver my vehicle within the time frame I required. At the last min. it was discovered that the vehicle would not fit on the open trailer that had been booked but Adrian was able with less than 24hrs to do it find me a Company that could pick it up and deliver on the same original dates I needed. My vehicle was picked up on date requested, I received a phone call from the Driver the day of pickup, he told me when he though he would be arriving in Palm Springs, he called again the second day just to let me know where he was on schedule. The day of delivery he called in the morning to say he would be arriving about 1 hour late. He then called again when he was about 10 mins. from the drop off location so I had time to be there to meet him. Overall this experience was excellent. Magic Carpet Auto Transports are a 10 in my books. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Adrian ............you are the best.
