From my first contact, my request was handled with skill. Michelle, the contact person, was courteous , friendly and competent. She told me the likelihood of Magic Carpet finding a transporter in a timely manner and her estimate was accurate. When a transporter was located, I was called and told when to expect the transporter. The loading was handled smoothly, even though it was done during a snow storm. I received updates from Magic Carpet and the transporter during transit. The vehicle was delivered without a scratch. This was the second time I used Magic Carpet and I was pleased both times. I will recommend the company to all who are considering the transport of their vehicles.
