I could not believe how nice Kathy Ashlock with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was! After trying to deal with two other auto carrier companies who did not return calls or acknowledge emails, it was so comforting to deal with Kathy. She was super polite, extremely caring and positively got the job done. We had a carrier within 3 days and everything happened so smoothly. No problems whatsoever. Kathy answered any and all questions I asked and was very patient since this was our first time shipping a vehicle. Even when Kathy was on her day off, we were given a contact number for her which was amazing. We could not have been more pleased and will definitely use Magic Carpet and hopefully Kathy again if we ever need to transport another vehicle! Thanks, Kathy, for all of your help and for being so nice!
