I called Magic Carpet and got same day pickup service. Everyone else told me that I'd have to wait at least 3-5 days to get my car picked up. I had to pay about $150 more than the lowest quote I received, but for same day pickup, it was worth it. Stephanie at Magic Carpet was very cordial and any time I called her, she provided a prompt answer.

The car took 7 days to arrive, so I imagine the truck made other pickups/deliveries on the way, but overall, it was an easy experience. My only gripe was that my BMW showed up at my house looking like it had been dragged through the mud, but that wasn't Magic Carpet's fault. It was the delivery truck's fault. Either way, there was no damage to the vehicle, so after getting the car detailed, it was good as new.
