This was my first time using an auto shipping company. After reading about the many unfortunate experiences of customers in auto shipping, I was certainly hesitant but I had to contract a company. I searched the internet; read many reviews and Magic Carpet kept rising to the top. Also, the many comments about Kathy led me to request her - she was excellent. She walked me through and kept me informed, as practical. I'm now preparing to ship another car and I'm already workiing with Kathy to consummate that shipment. Thanks for the positive experience.
