Magic Carpet transported a 62 Jaguar XKE from Honolulu to Roanoke, VA. Amost a perfect transactionNot much to complain about.

Nicole was very knowledgeable, explained the process, carriers that would b e involved (Matxon from Honolulu to Long Beach, contract from there). She knew the clearance a car needed to get on a carrier, and answered all my long list of questions as a first-time transporter.

Only thing to nitpick was a voice mail from Long Beach that the car wouldn't start, and I couldn't get an answer at the number left for a couple of days. Next news was the car was on its way. But otherwise very communicative, even did a conference call with Matson in Honolulu.

They used Ambela Transport which had a very communicative and friendly driver who unloaded the car and drove it the last couple of blocks to my house. It was at 2 am, but I was just delighted to get the car.

Car arrived early, which worked out real well since I had to go on a business trip and prevail on someone else to receive the car on the scheduled date.

Based on this experience, they're my first call next time.
