                        Ryan,  I am sorry that you feel your customer service was not what you expected. I kept you informed of all changes as they occurred.  That is why our pick up and delivery dates are just estimates and your vehicle still arrived early.   I understand your frustration about your price increase, but with gas prices skyrocketing over the last couple weeks, our carriers are seeing an increase which trickles down to us.
