I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transport to transport my vehicle from VA to Texas. Nicole was assigned to my account and she was absolutely fabulous! She always kept me informed of the status of the vehicle, and informed me of the pickup and delivery. She also maintained contact with the driver, and could ask him questions directly which was great. This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle, and Magic Carpet made it a great experience. The level of customer service I received was excellent, and Nicole really put me at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use their services again in the future. Thanks again Magic Carpet and special thanks to Nicole. :)
