This was our first time to transport a vehicle. Kathy explained the process and answered all my questions before we committed to Magic Carpet. No surprises. Was prepared to wait several days to have a transporter lined up and prepared to drive car to an interstate location to facilitate getting it booked. Not an issue. Car was loaded at a local location the first day it was placed on the board. Driver was professional and rig was newer. Car delivered on day indicated. No problems and great experience.
