Magic Carpets customer service was excellent. I needed to have my Xterra picked up from the port of Long Beach within the next day or else I would be charged storage fees so I called Magic Carpet. Within a couple of hours they had arranged for my car to be picked up the next day and on it's way. So they were excellent on their part of the deal. Unfortunately the trucking company they sub-contracted with was not so great. Although the trucking company got me my car early, on Saturday instead of Monday, I also had to go pick my car up at a location instead of the "door to door" service it was supposed to be.
Even with that, I would probably still use Magic Carpet again because of their speedy and great customer service.
