To those who will read this review, just like how I researched the many companies before I decided which one to go with, you will not be disappointed with the service I received from Annie at Magic Carpet. She was brilliant! I can't thank her enough for her not only meeting my requests but to go the extra distance to reassure me and to make me feel confident in her service. It was difficult to trust anyone from the other side of the world but it wasn't long until Annie had my trust.

I had a very tight schedule, I was only in the USA for one week and needed the car picked up and delivered before I left. I needed my car to be picked up Monday/Tuesday in Louisiana and delivered into Los Angeles the following Friday. A very tight schedule I know and not many were willing to take it up. But in the end, not only did Annie make sure the company stuck to their word, they even delivered early! 3 days to travel so far. Car was picked up 3pm Tuesday and arrived in L.A. on Thursday night and was delivered at 10am Friday morning.

Annie kept in touch throughout the entire process. If I had a question, she answered it or found a solution straight away. If I could give you an extra star rating I would. I can't thank you enough, Annie. I can now go home back to Australia and feel confident my car has arrived to the exporter in the same condition to when it was picked up. Thank you and cheers!!
