To say I was nervous about picking a carrier for a dream of over 10 years is to say nothing! How to pick from so many? First, magic carpet did NOT require payment in full. They guaranteed satisfaction and based on their reviews, I had to agree. I chose them for these 2 reasons. They are not the cheapest but I would certainly use them again.
Staff was very helpful, returned all my calls VERY promply, called for follow-up and essentially did what they said they would do. Driver was very pleasent and expained trip took longer than ususal due to HORRIBLE weather (we had it here too) & I was not upset at all. I entrusted them with my dream and was not disappointed.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone and would hope that their experience was as pleasant as mine!
