Overall, It was an easy task for me due to a good support. I was contacted as promised. The delivery details were as given and car got picked up. Driver called me within 2 hours of signing contract. I was not ready with in 2 hours - where hillary/Michell helped me in rescheduling pick up for next day. Once the car got delivered, I was contacted and confirmation was given.
