Annie was very helpful and knowledgable. She answered my questions before I even committed to using Magic Carpet. My car was arranged to be picked up right on the day I needed it to and my car arrived at its destination on the exact day that I was told. Everything went smooth. With all I had to worry about with moving my family accross the country, it was nice that I did not have to worry about my car being shipped, as it all taken care of without problems.
