My experience with Hillary, a customer service representative at Magic Carpet Auto Transport was good. She scheduled my car transport in a timely fashion and the transaction was easy. My only complaint was we felt we overpaid for the transport. Most people shipping a car from PA. to FLA. pay between $500-$600. Their finders fee of $260 was a little steep in addition to the $550 we paid the driver. Other than receiving a very dirty car in FLA.the car was received in good shape.
