With so many transport companies out there it is difficult to know who's legit and who's not. I chose Magic carpet after reading online reviews and satisfaction ratings about the company and personal service they provide. My service rep (Hillary) was awesome! She walked me through the process from day 1. My delivery was scheduled promptly. The delivery carrier stayed in touch with me all the way .... before pickup, after pickup, and before final delivery which was 1 day earlier than scheduled. Hillary stayed in touch all throughout this process. One small hickup occured when the company accidently billed me twice. But thanks to Hillary who worked internally with her accountants until the issue was resolved, I was refunded the difference. I would definitely use this company again and give it a two thumbs up recommendation
