Initial contact with Magic Carpet was very professional and courteous. The price quoted was very reasonable and it was explained that we may have to increase the quote depending on the response to the original dispatch request. The final price was slightly higher than the original quote but less that what was suggested as a possible increase to ensure the car was picked up. The final price was 25% less that what I was quoted from a number of other brokers. A truck was arranged 3 business days after the first available pickup date. The car was picked up 3 days after the estimated pick up date but was delivered on estimated delivery date even though it was picked up a little later than originally quoted. I was in contact with Michelle at Magic Carpet throughout the entire process and was kept informed of the changed pickup dates and for confirmation of the delivery date. Michelle and Magic Carpet did an excellent job in getting my car moved from MN to WA. I would definitely use them again.
