This is the first time I have shipped a vehicle. Since I was doing this for a very close frienc, I wanted to be as careful as possible in choosing a reputable carrier. Fortunately I did. The vehicle was picked up on time, but had to be transfered to the actual carrier truck. This was due to the codes of not allowing Semi-Trucks in this residential area. Anyway the vehicle was picked up on time from its place of origin, and arrived early at its destination. The driver who delivered the vehicle called the night before and arranged the delivery time. He was early but that did not cause any problems.

I'm sorry you feel you did not recieve a 5 star service from us. I checked our reccords and not only did we have a driver assigned on our standard service for pick up the same day you placed your order, but they also picked up that day as well. Then the driver delivered early. Agian thank you for your review and i'm sorry you feel you did not recieve a 5 star service from us.
