After experiencing a nightmare with a different company last year with transporting the car from Calif to Virginia, an ordeal that lasted more than a month and required the involvement of police, attorney generals and lawyers, we were very gun-shy about transporting again. Michele was very patient and understanding, and available to answer all questions and concerns, regardless of how many times I called her. I would not only recommend Magic Carpet again, I would personally use them again as well.
