Magic Carpet in general, and Kathy, the customer service representative, in particular, made this shipping experience incredibly simple. Kathy explained the process that we should expect in shipping the car. Within 20 minutes of submitting our request the order was dispatched to a driver. We heard from the carrier within 72 hours, as Kathy proimised. We've shipped our car in the past, and Magic Carpet has provided the best experience we've had, and Kathy rocked! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
