                        I see your opinion of the service you received from me is below a failing grade.  The review you completed is the report card on me.  It is what they base  bonuses off of and isn't for evaluating the drivers.  A d grade would be 3 star 60% and you gave me a 40% grade.  I'm the first to admit that I'm not perfect but I feel thats a little harsh.  WHat were your expectations from me?  Your car was dispatched the 3rd working day after the available date.  I responded when ever you contacted me , I gave you dispatch information when I received it, I didn't get upset about giving me a bad credit card and paying the deposit at close of business a day late.  Then the last thing is that I have been trying to get you the type of receipt you want.  I really could use some feed back of what things I needed to do differently to receive a 5 star rating from you.
