Never used this type of service before Kathy (Rep) & Michael (Driver) were VERY available to my calls and concerns!!! I was told to ask alot of questions and look them up online... I did! And then some. Both the agency and driver WERE XCELLENT! I had 2 vehicles shipped... he arrived almost a week ahead of time through gross holiday travel and some mid-west weather. YES! I would definitely use them again!!!! TOP OF MY LIST!!!! Thank you Kathy & Michael!! NICEST PEOPLE EVER!! Kristine
