Michelle was very helpful and delivered exactly what i asked for, especially when i asked to not be bothered with higher rates and only make the booking for the what i was first quoted(the main reason why I canceled a previous booking). the car got here safe in perfect condition 3 days earlier, it was thanksgiving weekend and they held it until i was home. Michelle called and followed up to make sure everything was Ok. Definitely 5 star service
