i hear of magic carpet from a friend who moved from california to virginia. i was concerned to ship my vehicle all the way from california to new york, but the excellent customer service from magic carpet auto transport was very reassuring.
from the very beginning, when i called to price everything out, the representative, michelle, that i spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. later that day when i called to arrange the shipment, she was quick and precise to process my order.
after my vehicle arrived, michelle even called to make sure everything went well.
i had an excellent experience with magic carpet auto transport, i may use it again when i go back home, and i'd recommend their service to anyone looking to ship their vehicle.
