The service from Magic Carpet transport was great. I was recommened to use them by a friend who had to ship her car from Northern California to Boston. They pick up the car on the second day of the range provided and delivered it in 7 days. The estimate was 7-10 days. The car was picked up in California and shipped to Washington, DC. It took only five days for the driver to deliver the car. In addition, Michelle, the customer service representive was very helpful. She always picked up the phone and talked to me to resolve any uncertainties and questions I had. Our car was delivered in a good condition. There was only one truck and the same driver who delivered the car all the way from the West coast to the East coast. If I have to ship a car again, I will use them again.
