After having had a poor experience with another transport company, I could see a marked difference in dealing with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. The whole process was very smooth. Michelle was my main point of contact. She was very courteous and assured me that the past experience would not repeat as they were well reputed and used good trucking companies. I was told that California to Illinois was a popular route and my car was promptly picked up within two days of making the order. Michelle followed up and made sure that the car had been picked up as promised. I also received emails from magic carpet with constant updates. The car was delivered on time. Overall I was satisfied with the service.
