I was VERY SKEPTICAL about using a company that I knew absolutely nothing about and even more so after reading the horror stories of some of these transport companies. I contacted Magic Carpet based on a search on the internet. The lady I spoke to was Kathy Ashlock. She gave me a step-by-step breakdown of just how they worked and reassured me that they were the BEST in the transport business. Admittingly, I was quite defensive with her, again, "hearing and reading" all the problems associated with some companies in this business. I'm moving 3 vehicles from Montana to Pennsylvania and they were to be picked up 3 days prior to our moving. Kathy once again, reminded me that Magic Carpet is the best in this business and to have trust and confidence in them. She told me that my deposit would be collected only "after" the vehicles were picked up. She also told me that we wouldn't know a carrier scheduled my pickup until about a week before I wanted picked up. I'm at wits end, did I make the "right" choice, what if, I imagined every bad scenario you could think of. I was always calling with questions and Kathy was ALWAYS reassuring that she was working it. I drive a tractor-trailer throughout Montana delivering carpet for the largest carpet manufacturerer in the country. While asending the Bozeman Pass in Montana, my phone rings and I pull off the road to answer it, it was Kathy Ashlock with the greatest news I wanted to hear!!!!!!!. She found me a carrier and that my "3" vehicles WILL be picked up on the "scheduled" date I asked for!!!!!!!!!!. I just can't say enough about not just KATHY ASHLOCK, but Magic Carpet Auto Transport. EVERYTHING she told me would happen, did and in the time she said it would. My advise to those who may be looking for a transport company, forget ALL the others, go with MAGIC CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT and specifically ask for Kathy Ashlock, not that the others there are any less capable, but I felt Kathy done me a service that was award winning and again, I was really skeptical using Magic Carpet because I only knew of them through the internet. If you're seeking to move your vehicle(s) ANYWHERE in the country, don't waste your time with the others, go with Magic Carpet Auto Transport, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Rating them on the 5 star rating.......I'd give them a 10 star rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
