This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I had many concerns about the process since my vehicle did not run. My agent at Magic Carpet Auto was KATHY ASHLOCK. Kathy made this process extremely easy, she was very open and honest about my concerns in doing this shipment. Kathy kept me up to date by phone and emailing as to the status of my car. When I had to reach her she was always available to talk to me on the phone. I will be shipping another car so I look forward to dealing with Kathy again.
