When I first contacted Magic Carpet Auto Transport it quickly turned into a fine experience as I never had a vehicle transported before. I was pleased with the professionalism thus developing a trust with the company. The agent (Trevon Bond) truly was an expert in his field. I didn't have a list of questions premade to ask but as our conversaiton went on there was more important topics discussed than I could have thought of asking. I never had a feeling of a "hardsell" sales agent, never felt as if the agent was reading from a page of nothing but positive statements. All that was discussed was at a nice listening pace and I was asked several times if I had any specific questions. I felt at ease throughout all of my dealing with Magic Carpet Auto Transport from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has had experience with the delivery of a vehicle or vehicle and urge anyone who may be doing this the first time as I was.
