Even though my car was nearly 2 weeks late being picked up, I feel that Hillary at Magic Carpet did everything that should could to help me. She was responsive when I contacted her and she sent me a note each day during the wait. I realize that my situation was different than most since my pickup and drop off locations were not near metro areas. I would certainly use Magic Carpet again.
